Illinois Governor Pat " Everyday People" Quinn Owes Sly Stewart Some Coin

"I've been in a lot of tough fights," Quinn said in his victory speech. "Illinois is making a comeback and we know we have a lot more work to do. That's why we're here today. We have work to do on behalf of everyday people."

That drumbeat coming from Illinois Governor Pat " Everyday People" Quinn is pounding on the Nine Mansions with The Gospel of Envy!  From the get-go, Pat Quinn has been all about just folks.  Quinn lifted texts from the Bible (Wisdom St. Paul, Minneapolis, Isaiah, ); he quoted Lincoln, Carl Sandberg and Gwendolyn Brooks.  He grabbed that public domain by the short and curlies and made the 1% howl!

However, he never cited Sylvester Stewart, though grabbed at Every Day People and continues to do so.  Take this for example - " I believe in the everyday people of Illinois all my life. I’ve gathered a lot of signatures of citizens who aren't celebrities."

Primary Night -  Pat Quinn went all-in for everyday people!  People like Dr. Quentin Young, M.D., Joe Berrios, Abner Mikva, Sheila Simon, Toni Preckwinkle, Terry Cosgrove, Barbara Flynn-Currie, Karen Lewis, Jesse Sharkey, Keith Kelleher of SEIU and just folks like Eric Zorn, Carol Marin, Chuck Goudie and Congresman Danny Davis.

He even went to the Billy Goat -
At the Billy Goat Tavern on Lower Michigan Avenue tavern, Durbin and Quinn were joined by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Attorney General Lisa Madigan, Cook County Board Chairman Toni Preckwinkle, Cook County Assessor Joe Berrios and Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon.
Durbin, the assistant Senate majority leader, said he and other Democrats would welcome President Barack Obama to campaign for them in Illinois. In other states, some Democratic candidates  are giving the president the cold shoulder as his approval numbers have dropped.

I wonder if Pat Quinn will pay Sylvester Stewart the minimum wages he has so earned as an everyday people songwriter and artist?  How about Sly's lawyers?  They gotta eat, Guv!

And so on and so onAnd scooby dooby dooby,  Oh sha sha  We got to live together

"Everyday People"

Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong
My own beliefs are in my song
The butcher, the banker, the drummer and then
Makes no difference what group I'm in
I am everyday people, yeah, yeah

There is a blue one
Who can't accept the green one
For living with a fat one
Trying to be a skinny one
Different strokes
For different folks

And so on and so on
And scooby dooby dooby
Oh sha sha
We got to live together

I am no better and neither are you
We are the same, whatever we do
You love me, you hate me, you know me and then
You can't figure out the bag I'm in
I am everyday people, yeah yeah

There is a long hair
That doesn't like the short hair
For being such a rich one
That will not help the poor one
Different strokes
For different folks

And so on and so on
And scooby dooby dooby
Oh sha sha
We got to live together

There is a yellow one
That won't accept the black one
That won't accept the red one
That won't accept the white one
Different strokes
For different folks

And so on and so on
And scooby dooby dooby
Oh sha sha
I am everyday people

BBC - A Childless World is a Fullfilled, Happy, and Ever So Wonderful World!

Unevolved and unhappy family and so not cool.

Way evolved and brilliantly happy and ever so much splendid couple.

The BBC was at one time a voice of hope ecoing over the Channel to a Europe occupied by the Planned Parenthood Approved Nazi Germany.  Eugenics is meant to make the world a happier place for fewer people.  Abort defected children and people whom the 'best' people just don't like very much.
How responsible is it to have children in a world whose environmental health is already under stress? That's the question Joanna Benn poses this week in the Green Room. On the other hand, she wonders, will a couple more hungry mouths make much difference?
'I came out of my house last week and got caught up in a fleet of mothers and prams.'
Toss them pram pushing Breeders into an Open Auschwitz!  Damn their eyes!~

The BBC controls the early morning hours of American Public Radio.  Some people really a enjoy a voice right out of Downton Abbey aping idiocies into the Progressive echo chamber.  The BBC and NPR tend churn out stories about the world epidemic of Christians eating Muslims, wondrous tales of emerging nations taking their baby steps toward totalitarianism and the big chairs at the United Nations, millions of  reports of Israeli bulldozing bullies knocking down the walls of Jericho, Gaza, the Golan Heights and Palestinian Hookah shops, while Irish millionaires rent out yachts and run rockets to Hamas.  All of these is made palatable via the pipes of OX Bridge schooled wanker.  Not only has NPR adopted the swanky wankers from perfidious Albion, but also the cable news hillbillies at CNN and MSNBC. Piers Morgan has down his level best to sink Ted Turner's cable full of Ron Burgundies, while Martin Bashir's anal-fixations went virally toxic at the clown opera called MSNBC.

BritVox Rocks!

Me? Puts me off my feed listening to the platter of manure served up by Jeeves of Airwaves.  I listen to NPR for absurdities.  This morning's offering was a bit much for this single Dad of three, who misses his bride who died in 1998. Open University released its finding that married couples with children are too often busy raising, providing for, feeding, housing clothing, educating and hugging their spawn find less time to knick down to the local for some pintsand Cosmos, take in a U-2 Benefit concert, or experiment in depraved acts of sexual intimacies so graphically re-enacted on BBCs1-2-3 and purchased by HBO.

Childless couples 'have the happiest marriages'... but mothers are happier overall than anyone else
Study finds people without children are more satisfied with their relationships and more likely to feel valued by their partner
Women with children are happiest, and those without are least happy
By contrast, men with children are slightly less happy than those without
Open University findings based on surveys with more than 5,000 people
Here is a link as I could not find the BBC -Brit Vox's interview with Dr.Jacqui Gibbs who also found, not surprisingly, that 'non-heterosexual couples' ( I guess that would be Randy&Andy, or Mac & Sappho) were happiest.

You see; the BBC, NPR, President Obama, George Soros, Gloria Steinem, Planned Parenthood and Dr. Kermit Gosnell know that our world and the 'best people in it' are evolving to the point where this study makes absolute . . .truth.

Me?  Shoot, I still admire Ward Bond and detest abortion and all of its manifestations.. How evolved can that be.

If only that  BavarianSanger paper-hanger had the sense to hire BBC BritVoxed chappies to announce train schedules to Bergen -Belsen maybe things might have worked for 'the best people'' - Nah.

The Feast of the Assumption of Mary, Mother God and Abortion's Vale Tears Here

Today is an unmoveable feast. August 15th, like December 25th, is a set date and dogma of the Roman Catholic Church.

President Obama assumes that folks believe a rodeo clown wants to kill him.  He also assumes* that ObamaCare will allow the government to erase religious beliefs that get in its way ( see Kathleen Sebilius).  Likewise, Obama assumes that the Muslim Brotherhood will turn into the Congressional Progressive Caucus by dint of Obama Fiat and red tresses of Samantha Power and fall asleep in fields of poppies like Dorothy and Toto and the Cowardly Lion.

The Feast of the Dormition has been celebrated in the Catholic (East & West) Church from the earliest days of Christianity.  The Dormition means the 'the falling asleep' in Greek.  I included the concept in my novel a few years ago (chapter 44.) because the month coincided with the plot.  The Dormition of the Theokotos is celebrated in the Greek Orthodox Church to this day and is based upon early church writings presented in the narrative voice of the Apostle John attributing Mary's Assumption into Heaven without the decay of the human body.

In 1950, Pope Pius XII issued this belief as dogma for all Roman Catholics. "that the Immaculate Mother of God, the ever Virgin Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory."  Mary died, but was Assumed to heaven without bodily decay.

Now, we know that the do ctrine of the Assumption is based upon apocryphal writings and ' has never asserted nor denied that its teaching is based on the apocryphal accounts.'   The slide-rule boys and post-Kantian egg-head Progressives howl scorn on such non-science. Assumption!

I believe that.  That Mary was Assumed to Heaven makes much more sense than same sex marriage.  Two guys are not going to consummate a marriage, but are going to have sex.

A consummated marriage is most likely to produce a child, not a fetus.  That stuff is biological science.

It makes more sense that the Virgin who gave birth to the Son of God was Assumed to Heaven after death, than it does to believe killing a child is health care.  A non-Catholic will not believe what I believe.  That is okay.  This is still a free country . . .for now.

Our government pays abortionists.  Our government sanctions same sex marriage.  I don't believe that has come to pass, but it most certainly is true.

It is as True to me as the Feast of Assumption.

Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinner and voters.

Scenes from a Marriage 2013 - Two Moms Part

" I Don't Even Know You, Anymore"

" Stow it Mac!"

 DENVER -
Colorado's first recognized same-sex divorce is final.
Supporters of Colorado's new civil unions law say the court ruling sets a precedent for gay couples married in other states who want to legally terminate their relationships here without uprooting their lives.
Juli Yim and Lorelei Jones wed in Massachusetts in 2009, where same-sex marriage is legal.
Yim tells the Fort Collins Coloradoan ( http://tinyurl.com/nzqoxwd ) the relationship went sour and she found a new partner in Colorado.

Now, what would Old Ingmar Bergman have to say about this item?  Divorce was said to spike in Sweden when this brooding mini-series hit the TV screens in Home of Suicides.  Needless to say, American audiences could not wait to get a gander.  Now, with Marriage being redefined by intellectual and moral giants Gov. Pat Quinn, Senators Dithering Dick Durbin (Planned Parenthood- IL) and Marque Kirque ( GOP-Lite), this news from Colorado should get lawyers and promiscuous couples all a tingle.

Mr. & Mrs. Juli Yim/Lorelei Jones in a gleeful moment - not yesterday.

Scenes from A Marriage 2013 by Yogi Yorgesen

Juli Yim (JY)- Sometimes it's like husband and wife are talking on telephones that are out of order.

Lorelei Jones (LJ) -We're pitiful, self-indulgent cowards that can't connect with reality and are ashamed of ourselves.

JY - Affection shouldn't be kept just for vacations.

LJ -Sometimes it grieves me that I have never loved anyone. I don't think I've ever been loved either. It really distresses me.

JY -  I don't know what my love looks like, and I can't describe it. Most of the time I can't feel it.

LJ-Are we living in utter confusion?

JY -Sometimes you ask such goddamn silly questions.

LJ- So what? That's what I've become!

Every body Sing Along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Clearest Statement on SCOTUS's Gay Marriage Works

Francis Cardinal George, OMI, Archbishop of Chicago is a scholar.  The Gay Marriage initiative is a pop culture civil rights demand that opinion triumphs over truth.

It takes a man and woman to make a baby in Nature. Dow Chemicals or Green Futures BioGenetics, LLC might work on some form of Insta-Kidz, but that would not be natural - as the organic and free range farmers are wont to note.

Gay Marriage is a political power play candied up as civil rights, by hack journalists and pricey politicians. Andrew Sullivan is a homosexual writer, baptized a Catholic, and branded by his liberal publishers as a 'conservative voice' on American culture.  The breathless and the clueless on MSNBC, Fox and CNN will c cite Andrew Sullivan, or Dan Savage, the borderline Kiddie porn advocate and Gay sex-life advice columnist as Catholic opinion on the SCOTUS Rulings and Gay Marriage.

Here is the only succinct and cogent reaction to the twin rulings of last week found in my vast and eclectic readings during the last few days.

STATEMENT OF FRANCIS CARDINAL GEORGE, O.M.I.
REGARDING SUPREME COURT DECISIONS ON MARRIAGE
June 26, 2013
This morning, in the guise of technical legal language, the United States Supreme Court advanced the project of making marriage in the United States a genderless institution. Since women and men are not interchangeable, the Court's action is illogical and pretentious. The Court abuses its own authority when it permits civil law to alter the definition of marriage, which is a natural institution. What is truly at stake in these decisions is not the right of adults to love whom they please, but rather the right of children to have both a mother and a father.
Today's decisions also bring us one step closer to the day when those who continue to distinguish between genuine marital unions and same-sex arrangements will be regarded as "bigots." We have already seen the negative result of gender-free unions on Catholic social services here in Illinois and other states.
We can all be grateful that the Court did not create a new "right" to same-sex marriage, allowing Illinois and other states to continue to acknowledge in law what nature and nature's God already tell us: that marriage is the union of one man and one woman for the sake of family.

That about sums it up.

Catholics have had a target on their backs from the Founding Father and 1st Chief Justice John Jay through the evolved out of the faith Justice Kennedy, who like the evolved Justice Brennan who poked the Pope in the eyes with Roe v. Wade in 1973, proved that he his religious beliefs matter not at all.  The target is getting bigger.

SCOTUS Rules That 'You Can Change Film With a Kid on Your Back' and Those Who Disagree Are Haters

After years of tears and torment, the Laws Natural and Physical have been aborted in the Third Trimester of Mankind.  At last Aspiration, Love and Desire have triumphed over custom, doctrine and good sense.

The chants of the hateful past have been over-ruled 5-4 and dissenters can await the judgment to come for being on the wrong side of history and Non-Euclidean morality. Light the bonfires!

Who's to say? Yesterday, five Justices doubled down on pop culture and  trumped truth with opinion.  Abortion and now the erasing of . . . . you name it. Cole Porter Wins!!!!!!!!
